Learn to discern what is your energy and what is someone else’s in order to free yourself from ailments, discomfort, hurt, confusion etc.

You will also learn the basics of giving to yourself and healing yourself, creating your Space

Learning how to ground and utilize this amazing new way of being in the world.

Bringing back your energy and

and using amusement to help you grow and live a light and empowered life.

In this fun filled class you will learn numerous

techniques and skill sets to start speaking the language of energy,

which will further your Awareness
